We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Traylor Bros. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our homebuyers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable home buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales and closings goals outlined by the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with homebuyers, brokers, and realtors
- Provide accurate and timely information about our communities, homes, and amenities
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of our model homes and communities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and community information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer interactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in new home sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
