Brand Management Specialist

This role is pivotal in orchestrating all marketing activities for the organization, encompassing literature, color palettes, digital presence, social platforms, and the cultivation and maintenance of the market brand and identity. The individual will also formulate and implement brand strategies that resonate with Vitracoat's expansion goals and market stance. Reporting directly to the President or Director of Marketing, the Brand Leader will prioritize ensuring uniform messaging across all internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities


• Formulate and execute holistic brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and market stance.


• Familiarity with powder coatings or related products and services.


• Supervise the creation and upkeep of the brand's identity, guaranteeing consistency across all platforms and interactions.


• Design, implement, and assess marketing initiatives that enhance brand recognition, product introductions, and customer involvement.


• Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and customer insights that guide the evolution of brand strategies.


• Leverage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage and scrutinize customer data, track engagements, and bolster sales and marketing endeavors.


• Ensure the organization and accuracy of CRM data, maintaining its relevance for strategic decision-making and customer relationship management.


• Analyze sales data segmentation to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand enhancement.


• Organize and manage events such as trade shows, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and maximizing brand visibility.


• Collaborate closely with the powder coating laboratory team, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure brand coherence across all initiatives.


• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.


• Manage resource allocation for brand initiatives, collaborating with the President to ensure cost efficiency and maximize return on investment.


• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and growth.


• Develop and oversee all brand communications, including advertising, social media, public relations, and content marketing.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.


• 3 – 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar capacity with a focus on both external branding and internal communications.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.


• Proficient in Marketing Automation Tools.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.


• Capability to translate brand vision into actionable strategies and campaigns.


• Experience in planning and executing events, particularly trade shows, to enhance brand visibility.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners.


• Ability to work independently.


• Experience in the powder coatings or a related industry is a plus.


• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for this role.


• Represent Vitracoat at functions as necessary.


• Some travel may be required.


• Administrative support for Regional Managers, Sales personnel, and members of the Technical Support Team may be necessary.


• Collaboration with international teams to ensure a unified brand image is promoted.
