KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate effectively with TEAM leadership, local commercial teams, and brand representatives to implement and execute strategic brand initiatives across various sales activities.

• Cultivate partnerships with on-premise and retail stakeholders, devising innovative strategies to enhance business growth for our brands.

• Elevate awareness for PATRON, CAZADORES, and ILEGAL by providing educational experiences for bartenders and key clients through engaging brand programs (e.g., social media campaigns, events, training sessions, etc.).

• Maintain a targeted account portfolio within the on-premise sector.

• Emphasize education and engagement surrounding PATRON, CAZADORES, and ILEGAL to encourage brand recommendations.

• Utilize social media platforms creatively to foster engagement among trade and consumers organically.

• Analyze market trends, social media insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.

• Spearhead projects and propose innovative concepts that position PATRON, CAZADORES, and ILEGAL for competitive advantage and optimal return on investment.

• Deliver educational programming that resonates with on-trade partners and key clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience in bartending and/or hospitality management is essential.

• Proven background as a bar manager, beverage director, or on-premise consultant, with a minimum of 5 years in the hospitality sector.

• Previous experience as a brand ambassador or brand consultant is advantageous.

• Strong passion and expertise in the hospitality industry, with a keen understanding of competitive dynamics within the brand category.

• Knowledge of cocktail development and the ability to facilitate drink consultancy for key clients.

• In-depth understanding of the on-premise landscape and the capability to leverage partnerships for enhanced commercial performance.

• Proactive approach to outperforming competitors.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects and adhere to budgetary constraints.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences, including executives and key stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).

• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
