Position Overview

We are seeking multiple Interface Management Specialists to join our team. These professionals will serve as key points of contact between clients, customers, and third-party stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration among various project components to ensure cohesive operation.
  • Defining Interfaces: Identify and articulate interaction points between diverse project elements, such as mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Communication and Coordination: Foster clear dialogue and alignment among teams through regular meetings and comprehensive documentation.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate conflicts arising from overlapping responsibilities or misalignments in project scopes.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records of interface management activities to support project flow and dispute resolution.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks associated with interfaces to avert delays and budget overruns.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards: Integrate HSE considerations throughout all project phases, reflecting our commitment to industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a minimum of seven years of experience in a significant project role, showcasing expertise in interface management and project controls.

A successful history as a Project Manager on large-scale engineering and construction projects is essential. Certification in project management, such as PMP, is highly desirable.

Experience managing international projects in diverse cultural settings is a plus, along with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion within engineering management.
