  2. Administrative Assistance:
    • Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and maintenance requests.
    • Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and necessary documentation.
    • Manage communication through various channels, including phone and email.
  3. Property Upkeep:
    • Work with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
    • Coordinate with vendors for required services and repairs.
  4. Financial Oversight:
    • Assist in the collection of rent and ensure accurate recording of payments.
    • Support financial objectives through careful monitoring and reporting.
