Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience, from initial contact to delivery and beyond.
  • Vehicle Sales: Demonstrate vehicles, answer questions, and provide test drives to potential customers.
  • Delivery and Follow-up: Ensure that customers understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and establish a relationship to encourage repeat business.
  • Prospecting and Sales: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales techniques.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new inventory, features, and accessories, and be able to communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service department and body shop to ensure that vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
  • Professional Development: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
