Brand Growth Specialist

Ulrich Lifestyle Structures, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our brand's growth and visibility efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, leveraging a mix of digital and traditional channels.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide our marketing team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
- Brand Management: Oversee all customer-facing communications, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns and partnerships, effectively converting interest into actionable sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external marketing firms and vendors to achieve strategic goals, including PR, advertising, creative campaigns, and web development.
- Content Creation: Supervise the creation of all marketing content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and web content, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Marketing Budget Management: Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings.
- Education: Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in creative development and management is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, branding, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and HubSpot, with strong skills in building and managing websites, particularly on WordPress.
- Leadership: Ability to guide creative professionals through complex projects, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively to non-marketers.
