Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will report directly to the District Sales Manager. Your main responsibility will be to conduct external sales of product inventory while managing a designated route of accounts.
Sales Responsibilities:
Your role will involve enhancing product sales and optimizing the placement of product displays at various retail outlets. The primary objective is to ensure that all customers are serviced effectively and safely, adhering to our executional standards.
Account Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
- Assess current and future product requirements at accounts and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained in a clean and operational state.
- Conduct outside sales activities.
Performance Goals:
- Achieve monthly targets focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account establishment, and other merchandising aspects.
- Strengthen and safeguard the brand by ensuring proper product rotation and adherence to brand standards.
Inventory Management:
- Increase product variety and inventory at each assigned account while enhancing in-store branding and delivering fresh products.
Qualifications:
- Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.
- Possess a valid US Driver's License and obtain a DOT Medical card.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and transport inventory and advertising displays weighing up to 25 pounds.
