Job Title: Business Development Center Sales Coordinator

Universal Heliair, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and performing long-term follow-up on unsold customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls according to scripts and schedule appointments for appropriate departments.
  • Create folders and gather all necessary information for customers.
  • Log all customers into the CRM tool, including price, trade, and promotional offers.
  • Follow the BDC Checklist and CRM process.
  • Update daily scheduled appointments, shows, and sold on Google Drive and Board Tab.
  • Make outbound calls according to working shift.
  • Follow up with the sales department to determine if appointments were kept and the outcome.
  • Schedule future contact as needed or lost sale if no future process is required.
  • Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
  • Purify and update customer changes in the CRM database.
  • Generate emails and text messages according to contact guidelines.
  • Forward any customer concerns to the appropriate department manager and follow up.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ideal candidate consistently displays a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a team environment and learns quickly.
  • Schedule must be flexible.
  • Prior experience in a BDC/call center is preferred.
  • Qualified candidates must possess basic phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted.
