Business Development Center Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Service Coordinator at Universal Nissan Hyundai, a leading auto dealership in Orlando.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate dealership resource
  • Answer service questions and schedule service appointments for customers over the phone and in person
  • Place outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows to reschedule
  • Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries with follow-up calls and emails
  • Cashiering and cash handling
  • Maintain positive relationships with teammates, service teams, and dealership management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus
  • Team player attitude and enthusiastic personality
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
