Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate dealership resource
- Answer service questions and schedule service appointments for customers over the phone and in person
- Place outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows to reschedule
- Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries with follow-up calls and emails
- Cashiering and cash handling
- Maintain positive relationships with teammates, service teams, and dealership management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Bi-lingual skills a plus
- Team player attitude and enthusiastic personality
