Job Title: Director of Client Growth

Factspan is a leading analytics company seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Client Growth. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients to drive sales and growth.

About the Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop insights and recommendations to drive execution of strategic plans. You will monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities to provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics to acquire and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts and client relationships to grow revenue, profitability, and identify net new opportunities.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the customer's business to improve or add to current services through the identification of up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop account strategy, account plans, and lead opportunity pursuit cycle to close.
  • Collaborate with Account Management & Delivery teams to drive client-specific Proposals/POVs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, helping achieve desired business outcomes through consultative selling and leveraging technology capabilities.
  • Track and measure customer satisfaction through surveys, reviews with client leadership.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Preferred Qualifications: MS or MBA degree.
  • Minimum years of experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving profitable growth of the account relationship.
  • Strong leadership skills and thought leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation skills.
  • Meticulous and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
  • Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
  • Travel as per the Business's need.
