Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and establish new business opportunities that align with customer needs and our company's goals.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead initiatives that create new revenue streams for the company and drive business growth.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including identifying decision-makers and setting up meetings between clients and our practice leaders.
- Pitch Development: Work with our team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Pricing and RFQ/RFP Responses: Participate in pricing solutions and services, and lead responses to RFQ/RFPs.
- Objection Handling: Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution selling within different industry sectors, including financial, technology, MSP, and healthcare.
- Client Relationship Management: Experience in identifying opportunities with clients, networking, and generating leads.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and metrics.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT Asset Disposition, reverse logistics, or consulting.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Technical Understanding: Technical understanding of customer requirements.
