Position Summary

You will be part of Xplor Field Services, a team focused on developing comprehensive business management software tailored for the Field Service Industry. We provide an all-in-one software solution that streamlines scheduling, invoicing, and customer service tasks, enabling contractors and field service entrepreneurs to operate profitable businesses with reduced stress and enhanced growth control.

We are seeking a Customer Growth Manager whose primary responsibility will be to enhance customer retention and drive growth within our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement outbound sales strategies targeting the customer base in alignment with strategic marketing initiatives related to new product launches.
  • Develop, oversee, and execute a pipeline of expansion opportunities.
  • Manage the overall relationship with assigned clients, focusing on increasing product adoption, ensuring customer retention, and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted advisory relationship with each client to drive ongoing value from our products and services.
  • Prepare and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Represent customer needs and concerns across departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Act as a liaison between management and clients to relay critical customer feedback.

The average base salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, with eligibility for commission.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to address objections and stimulate customer interest in additional products or services.
  • Familiarity with small to medium-sized businesses in the SaaS sector.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical mindset.
  • A strong team player who is also a self-starter.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities as needed.
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel without external prompts.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and refine work processes; actively seeks assistance and applies it effectively.
  • A genuine desire to assist and serve customers, recognizing that their success translates to your success.
