Director of Client Growth

This is a key position at Factspan, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales and growth of their accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the client's business and be able to develop strategic insights and recommendations to drive execution of strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to grow revenue, profitability, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and grow client accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client-specific proposals and presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative selling and leveraging Factspan's technology capabilities to help achieve desired business outcomes.
- Track and measure client satisfaction through regular surveys and reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or account management role.
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth of client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to demonstrate thought leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
