Role OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Growth Manager who will concentrate on enhancing customer retention and driving growth within our client base.
- Implement outbound sales strategies targeting existing customers in alignment with strategic marketing initiatives for new product launches.
- Develop, oversee, and execute a pipeline of opportunities for expansion.
- Manage the overall relationship with designated clients, focusing on increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted advisory relationship with each assigned client to continually demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Prepare and cultivate customers for advocacy roles.
- Represent customer needs and concerns across departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between management and clients to relay critical feedback.
The average base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, with eligibility for commission.
Qualifications- Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a focus on revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to address objections and stimulate customer interest in additional products or services.
- Familiarity with small to medium-sized businesses in the SaaS sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical.
- A strong team player who is also a self-starter.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities as needed.
- Self-motivated and driven to excel without external prompting.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and refine your work; proactively seeking assistance and applying it effectively.
