We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Specialist to assist in executing the marketing strategy for our e-commerce platform within the Admin Group team. This position will involve developing an annual marketing plan and implementing it across various channels, including email outreach, social media initiatives, lead generation activities, print collateral, website content management, and optimization; as well as handling paid media and public relations tasks. The Marketing Specialist will also be tasked with compiling marketing analytics from diverse sources such as Google Analytics, Power BI, survey data, and other internal metrics. This role will support the Marketing Manager in organizing and managing campaign timelines, digital assets, and customer profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Management:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy in alignment with the direction provided by the Marketing Manager.
  • Oversee the website and implement SEO strategies with support from the editorial and web teams as necessary.
  • Establish and manage social media profiles and content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ensure consistent branding and effective communication across all digital channels.
  • Prepare content and creative materials for planned paid social campaigns, landing pages, and search advertisements.
  • Develop messaging and creative concepts for promotional videos.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to explore new channels, branding concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Email Marketing:
  • Design and manage marketing email campaigns.
  • Work to reduce list decay and unsubscribes while enhancing the effectiveness of email outreach.
  • Review existing email nurtures to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Manage lead entry into the marketing automation system and segment audiences based on lead source and engagement trends.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate monthly reports on the performance of digital and email marketing initiatives using various analytics tools.
  • Oversee the collection of customer feedback to inform decisions regarding customer experience.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules and digital assets through collaborative tools.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
  • Identify and create buyer personas for our products.
  • Develop sales tools such as product comparison sheets and media kits to assist in the buyer decision-making process.
  • Organize sales conversion events and assist in the design and messaging for promotional opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings to implement action items.
  • Provide analytical support to digital sponsors.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing or related fields.
  • Familiarity with project management applications and collaboration tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with social media marketing and email deployment software.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to see tasks through to completion and support senior marketing management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Creative thinking and strong decision-making abilities.
  • High energy and enthusiasm with the capacity to motivate others.
