Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth Strategy
    • Develop and execute a growth strategy for Identity solutions, focusing on engaging with partners and managing onboarding and implementations across various platforms.
  • Partner Engagement
    • Engage directly with external partners, collaborate effectively with regional and global teams, and demonstrate an understanding of Identity solutions to confidently address high-level partner inquiries and resolve partner issues.
  • Global Collaboration
    • Coordinate with global partnership teams across different time zones to ensure seamless joint engagements with partners.

Requirements

  • Language Skills
    • Native/fluent in Japanese (both verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in selling, upselling, or cross-selling in a B2B environment.
    • Previous experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
  • Skills
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal) and across different partner agencies.
    • Understanding of technical fundamentals related to software and hardware development processes.
    • Experience with developer ecosystems and programming is a plus.
    • Capable of working independently with a keen eye for detail, prioritizing tasks based on cross-functional feedback, and adapting to rapid changes.
  • Location
    • Must be based in Poland with remote work flexibility and occasional travel to Krakow as required.
    • Ability to work Japanese business hours (Monday to Friday, 2 AM - 10 AM local time).
