Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Concrete Equipment Sales Specialist to join our expanding team at Niagara Machine Inc.

This role is pivotal within our sales division, requiring a candidate with strong analytical skills and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include discovering and nurturing new business prospects, as well as enhancing relationships with our current clientele in the construction sector.

Collaboration with the Sales Management Director will be crucial to devise and execute strategies aimed at boosting market presence and increasing revenue.


Key Duties:
• Operate a pickup truck with a tow-behind trailer

• Showcase equipment to potential clients

• Identify and pursue new sales leads within the construction industry

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable construction equipment and services

• Negotiate contracts and effectively close sales

• Participate in industry trade shows and events to network and promote our offerings

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through our CRM system

• Achieve or surpass sales targets and quotas established by management

Qualifications:
• Familiarity with concrete surface preparation and polishing equipment is advantageous but not mandatory. Training on our specific products will be provided.

• Proven ability to learn and implement a sales process that yields positive results for clients.


• A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possession of a valid driver's license in your state of residence is necessary.

• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and Motor Vehicle Report screenings.

• Flexibility to work in diverse environments while meeting with clients and assessing their product needs.

• Capability to lift and transport heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and seek assistance when necessary.

• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are essential.

• Overnight travel may be required, with variability.

• Self-management of your schedule without constant supervision is expected.

• Initiative and a drive to achieve daily goals are crucial.

• Strong teaching abilities and technical aptitude are required.

• A strong focus on customer service is essential.

• Ability to adapt behavior to effectively interact with various individuals.
