Location: Remote within designated US states
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with the Retail Planning and Operations Manager and various cross-functional teams to create essential sales tools. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive pricing lists, sales materials, ingredient standards, visual merchandising recommendations, and omnichannel content to support innovative product launches and seasonal collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital link between brand development and field sales, ensuring alignment on planning, strategy, and opportunity management.
- Contribute significantly to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by representing the Sales team's insights during IBP meetings and collaborating with partners to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
- Assess customer-specific packaging and programs proposed by field sales, facilitating resolution with the Owned Brands Team.
- Collaborate with the Owned Brand Team to craft a cohesive marketing strategy tailored for key customers.
- Maintain specialized category management reports utilizing syndicated and POS data to gain insights into retail category dynamics and brand performance.
- Monitor new product launches from Grove Collaborative and competitors to establish benchmarks for success and recommend necessary adjustments in promotional strategies, distribution, and pricing.
- Develop tools to track the execution of pricing strategies and manage Retail Trade expenditures, including regular analysis and collaboration with the Retail and Finance teams to address potential risks.
- Oversee the sales samples process and ensure data integrity for item management.
- Support the implementation of TPM software.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales planning and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for making a positive impact and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with a resourceful and adaptable nature.
