Luxury Client Experience Manager

At James Free Jewelers, we are seeking a skilled Luxury Client Experience Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting and inspiring a community of clienteling experts/ambassadors across our stores to elevate the customer experience.
About the RoleThe Luxury Client Experience Manager will be the driving force behind creating a clienteling mindset in-store, training associates on our CRM system, and developing a routine to track performance and deliverables. You will also be responsible for confirming contact information, alerting associates on inactive clients, and managing store events to drive traffic.
Responsibilities- Clienteling Expertise: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and build brand loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of clienteling initiatives.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to associates on our CRM system, clienteling best practices, and sales techniques.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, client engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators to inform decision-making and optimize clienteling efforts.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
