Job Summary

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in insurance sales or account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND RETENTION.
  • CONDUCT POLICY REVIEWS AND PROVIDE TAILORED RECOMMENDATIONS TO CLIENTS.
  • RESOLVE COMPLEX CUSTOMER ISSUES IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
