Overview:

The Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in the clinic's operations, ensuring timely and systematic assessment of patients and their significant others. This position requires effective documentation of both subjective and objective information in accordance with established policies. The Medical Assistant will implement patient safety protocols and infection control measures, collaborating with the clinic team to achieve daily goals efficiently.


Qualifications:

Medical Assistant:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED

Certification:
Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Experience:
At least 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, ideally in a primary care setting.

Certified Medical Assistant:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED

Certification:
Must possess an active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA).

Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
