Job Summary

Principle Choice Home Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our home healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments, as well as fine motor, sensory motor, and developmental delays.
  • Establish treatment plans and provide occupational therapy services to patients using a variety of methods, including exercises and activities of daily living.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and consultation to other professionals, clinics, or agencies.
  • Supervise occupational therapy assistants and maintain effective communication with healthcare team members and family.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program.
  • Current state licensure in Oklahoma and in good standing per state requirements.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
  • 1-2 years recent Home Health experience preferred.
  • Active Oklahoma driver's license and current vehicle insurance and registration.
