Integris LLC is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take concise messages and relay information to healthcare providers as needed.
  • Scan and index information into the medical record, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Handle requests for medical records and basic scheduling, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • 1 year of clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with cashier procedures, basic accounting, and clinic check-in/out procedures.
  • Knowledge of health insurance, HMO, PPO, and basic medical terminology.
  • General knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a focus on telephone customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle or personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and have a current driver's license from the state of residence.
  • For clinic staff assigned duties of entering orders in the electronic medical records, certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
