Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with business decision-makers, consulting on business strategies, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with qualified decision-makers to discuss business opportunities and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Participate in virtual morning huddles to review daily goals and discuss strategy
Requirements:
- Experience in business-to-business sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
