Job Summary

Corporate Care is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and execute plans to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in a service, manufacturing, or installation-related field, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, principles, and practices; proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite and CRM; professional personal presentation; problem-solving, organizational, and team working skills.
