We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Level Accounting & Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry, and a proven track record of success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our monthly accounting services platform to small and mid-size businesses, targeting businesses with 1 to 30 employees. This is a highly consultative role, requiring the ability to engage with decision-makers and develop solutions to meet their specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell monthly payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services to small and mid-size businesses
  • Target businesses of 1 to 30 employees
  • Prospect through phone, email, social selling, and networking
  • Attend networking events and develop channel partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with small business owners and C-suite executives
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new software
  • Upbeat, confident, and friendly personality
