Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Level Accounting & Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry, and a proven track record of success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our monthly accounting services platform to small and mid-size businesses, targeting businesses with 1 to 30 employees. This is a highly consultative role, requiring the ability to engage with decision-makers and develop solutions to meet their specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell monthly payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services to small and mid-size businesses
- Target businesses of 1 to 30 employees
- Prospect through phone, email, social selling, and networking
- Attend networking events and develop channel partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with small business owners and C-suite executives
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new software
- Upbeat, confident, and friendly personality
