Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Growth Specialist

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager at LogicMonitor, you will play a critical role in driving the product and partnership success of our customers. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals, and helping them maximize value from their investment in our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adoption: Assist accounts through a defined implementation and onboarding process, providing initial training and ongoing support to ensure clients receive value from LogicMonitor within the first 90 days.
  • Retention: Engage in proactive activities to meet quarterly objectives, understand data center infrastructure technology, and effectively articulate infrastructure and monitoring strategies. Identify potential issues and assist accordingly, addressing customer experience issues prior to churn risk.
  • Expansion: Coordinate with sales account executives to ensure growth and expansion of accounts, identifying growth opportunities and forwarding leads to account executive counterparts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role, managing accounts.
  • Applicable knowledge of IT infrastructure key concepts (Windows/Mac, cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure monitoring).
  • Comfortable presenting to administrative teams and management teams, including executives.
  • Comfortable researching and collecting key business needs from customer base.
  • Proficient in stepping into unfamiliar situations and de-escalating critical issues to ensure clients are positioned for success with limited managerial support.
