Position Overview: Cisco EA Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for customers entering their Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA).
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EA clients across various Cisco platforms.
  • Regularly conduct Customer Success Reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze complex Cisco EA consumption reports for actionable insights.
  • Proactively manage customer retention through strategic initiatives.

As a Cisco EA Customer Success Manager at SHI International, you will serve as the primary resource for our clients, guaranteeing a smooth experience from onboarding through to renewal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years in technical, business, or sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in selling Cisco products or services.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Cisco's business model, architectures, and solutions.
  • Strong organizational and self-management capabilities.
  • Effective communication of the Cisco Smartnet renewal program.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level.

Certifications:

  • Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist Certification is required within 6 months of hire.

Unique Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
