Position Overview

The Cisco Enterprise Agreement Success Manager is responsible for onboarding and supporting clients within their designated alignment to promote retention and growth throughout the duration of their Enterprise Agreement (EA) or other software contracts until the renewal date. This role involves collaborating with Cisco software and Enterprise Agreement clients to develop Customer Success Plans aimed at enhancing adoption, expansion, and service utilization for their Cisco Enterprise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for clients regarding their Enterprise Agreement or other software subscription contracts.
  • Assigning licensing agreements to clients and assisting them in navigating the Cisco Smart Accounts portal.
  • Organizing and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
  • Providing updates to clients on usage, addressing issues, promoting services, and monitoring service engagements.
  • Leading efforts to track clients' true-forwards and consumption, Non-EA subscriptions, control hub statistics, and flex coverage.
Qualifications
  • A completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical, business, and/or sales roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling Cisco products, Smart Accounts, or services with a proven success record.
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco's business model, architectures, and solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and self-management abilities.
  • Capability to effectively communicate Cisco Smartnet renewal programs.
  • Strong executive-level communication, consultation, and presentation skills.
Certifications
  • Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist Certification is required to be obtained within six months of hire.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as necessary based on business needs.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000, inclusive of base salary and bonuses. Compensation will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
