Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Client Success team as a Customer Success Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong affinity for technology, and experience in marketing, recruitment, or SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a consultative approach to leverage Yellowstone Local's technological solutions within our target industries.
  • Foster enduring partnerships and provide tailored ROI analyses for your client portfolio.
  • Deliver thought leadership in the industry while embodying the values of Yellowstone Local.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of best practices for account retention and growth while minimizing risks.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create and implement account strategies that yield positive results for clients.
  • Build trust and establish meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person business reviews to ensure clients recognize the value Yellowstone Local brings to their operations.
  • Identify potential risks and growth opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Stay informed about customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors to suggest product enhancements or new offerings.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000.
  • Commission structure for account expansions, new client acquisitions, and client retention.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance fully covered for employees, with partial coverage for dependents.

  • Major holidays off, including extended time for Thanksgiving and the last week of the year.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in client success or enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for driving revenue and growth.
  • In-depth understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Innovative, persuasive, and genuinely curious about clients' businesses.
  • Goal-oriented, optimistic, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, although this is not a sales role.
