Position Overview:
The Customer Success team at Ambient AI, Inc. plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with our enterprise clients.

This team is tasked with guiding customers from the initial project kickoff through implementation, onboarding, training, and testing phases.

They are instrumental in driving effective product utilization and providing expert advice to ensure that clients derive maximum value from our platform, which is essential for renewal and growth.


Your Impact:


Take ownership of the overall success of our clients; this is a comprehensive Customer Success Manager role, overseeing the customer journey from contract signing to renewal.

Support and manage our clients through the setup, onboarding, implementation, training, testing, and launch processes, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define and document key objectives, success metrics, or KPIs, and subsequently measure and report on progress.

Encourage product adoption and continuous engagement, ensuring that clients experience the full benefits of the Ambient AI platform, which leads to customer retention and expansion.

Become a subject matter expert on the Ambient AI platform and stay informed about industry trends, enabling you to build a trusted advisor relationship with assigned clients.

Ensure that customer feedback is effectively captured and communicated internally to facilitate ongoing enhancements to our products and services.
Engage with business leaders to thoughtfully identify opportunities for expanding our presence and deepening engagement.
Collaborate with marketing to showcase opportunities for customer references and case studies.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within customer success, particularly with large Fortune 100/500 companies.
Strong program management skills and experience managing complex projects in large enterprises with multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive team player with a high level of integrity and a commitment to assisting colleagues and clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; demonstrates trust and integrity under pressure when addressing customer challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding or interest in learning about machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in management consulting and/or business process transformation.
