Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with creative teams, account representatives, and clients to outline project parameters, goals, and expected outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for all advertising projects and campaigns.

  • Effectively allocate and coordinate resources, including internal personnel, external suppliers, and freelancers, to fulfill project demands.
  • Monitor production budgets closely, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Uphold high standards for all deliverables, ensuring alignment with the agency's creative vision and client requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of creative materials to identify and rectify any discrepancies prior to final submission.
  1. Schedule Management:
  • Develop and sustain project timelines, pinpointing critical milestones and potential challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in advertising production, emphasizing project management.
  • Strong comprehension of the creative process and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
