Position Overview

The role of the HR Specialist and Administrative Coordinator at Revology Cars involves overseeing and executing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, efficiency, and alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, which includes crafting job advertisements, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and advising hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as handling non-disclosure agreements, organizing internal and external meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and other related duties.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range is between $73,000 and $81,000.

  • Three weeks of paid vacation plus one week of sick leave.
  • Paid holidays include major national observances.
