The role of the HR Specialist and Administrative Coordinator at Revology Cars involves overseeing and executing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, efficiency, and alignment with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, which includes crafting job advertisements, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and advising hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding company policies, grievances, compensation, benefits, and other employee relations issues.
- Manage administrative tasks such as handling non-disclosure agreements, organizing internal and external meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and other related duties.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or management is required.

- A minimum of two years of experience in recruitment is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range is between $73,000 and $81,000.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- 401(k) plan with a company match of up to 4%.
- Three weeks of paid vacation plus one week of sick leave.
- Paid holidays include major national observances.
- Eligible for discounts on new Ford and Lincoln vehicles for employees and their immediate family members.
