XL Event Lab is on the lookout for a skilled logistics coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. A background in the broader events sector is a prerequisite.

This position is pivotal within a rapidly expanding organization that orchestrates over 400 unique events annually across various regions including North America, the UK, and Australia. We seek a motivated and proactive individual eager to leave a significant impact in the events field while growing alongside a similarly driven company.

While the majority of the work will take place in an office setting, the Logistics Coordinator will also be expected to travel to events as directed by senior management. Therefore, candidates must demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, days, and locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing both domestic and international logistics for events and trailer operations
  • Assisting in the procurement and upkeep of all event materials, equipment, and assets
  • Supporting senior management with the logistics of importing and exporting event-related goods
  • Managing and overseeing the company’s fleet of vehicles and trailers
  • Maintaining daily communication with touring personnel to evaluate and prioritize their requirements
  • Engaging with local authorities, vendors, event partners, and other stakeholders in various markets
  • Delivering regular updates on progress to senior management
  • Addressing and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise
  • Evaluating and enhancing processes and procedures to boost efficiency across the organization
  • Attending events to ensure that performance and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in event logistics
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in decision-making, working autonomously, and demonstrating personal initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in import and export logistics
  • Familiarity with trailer logistics and fleet management

Position Details

  • Annual Salary: $60,000 plus Benefits
  • Full-time W2 employment
