  • Achieve and surpass established production targets in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the timeshare industry, including acquisitions, closures, and resale regulations that may affect our services.
  • Research various resorts and timeshare brands to understand ownership intricacies and compile this information in a shareable format as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining our databases with current and accurate information, descriptions, data, and images.
  • Serve as a resource for Sales and Customer Care, aiding in client inquiries and issue resolution as necessary.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required to meet business objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in data entry and/or copywriting is preferred.
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software and applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and accuracy.
  • Previous professional experience in an office setting.
  • Familiarity with the timeshare industry is advantageous.
