Position Overview

The role of the HR Specialist and Administrative Coordinator at Revology Cars involves overseeing and executing initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, which includes crafting job advertisements, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and advising hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to company policies, grievances, compensation, and benefits.
  • Manage administrative duties such as drafting non-disclosure agreements, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, and other related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or management.
  • Proficiency in IT productivity tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in recruitment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $73,000 - $81,000.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • 401(k) plan with up to 4% company matching.
  • Three weeks of paid vacation plus one week of sick leave.
  • Paid holidays include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • Eligible for discounts on new Ford and Lincoln vehicles for employees and their immediate family members.
