Director of Business Development

Gana-A'Yoo Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and marketing materials
  • Manage and coordinate proposal efforts to secure new business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the government contracting industry
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
  • Proven track record of developing business in existing and new government markets
  • Demonstrated federal market knowledge, including clients, prime and subcontractors, and geography
  • Demonstrated success targeting and winning service contracts, IDIQs, MATCOs, sole source awards, etc.
  • Ability to travel when necessary
