Job Summary:

The Sales Account Growth Manager will own assigned customer relationships and drive sales growth, item and category penetration, and profitability of those relationships. This position is characterized by demonstration of sales account management and complete knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts to ensure optimal service to accounts including coordination with operational and purchasing functions, as needed.
  • Maximize AE-IS virtual time spent with customers.
  • Meet or exceed accounts receivable currency targets including coordinating with central AR as needed.
  • Review all accounts to ensure program compliance, develop unique sales approach, identify needs, and expand sales.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of sales or distribution experience in the foodservice or related industry preferred.
  • Experience in restaurant operations desirable.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $55,000 to $85,000 based on relevant experience and/or education.
