Sales and Account Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Development Specialist to join our team in the Upper Midwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with luxury kitchen appliance and plumbing industry partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Interior Design, Building Sciences, or Construction, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside/B2B sales or similar roles. You will possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage multiple priorities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with luxury kitchen appliance and plumbing industry partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Participate in trade shows and presentations to promote our products and services.
