Job Summary:
The Sales Manager at The Rose Hotel by Hilton is responsible for driving the hotel's sales efforts to achieve maximum revenue results and delivering exceptional service to our guests. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure loyalty and retention.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking.
  4. Utilize yield management techniques to maximize revenue and profitability.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • A degree preferably in Sales and/or Hospitality Management.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year
