Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Enterprise Success to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer success strategy that drives growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a customer success strategy that maximizes revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer success managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
