Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience working in customer service, collections, or call center environments.

Work Schedule

Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You'll work a 40-hour week within these hours, including at least one Saturday per month, one late Friday, and some extended hours at the end of each month.

Training and Development

We offer comprehensive training and development programs to ensure your success in this role. You'll spend the first two weeks in an instructor-led classroom training environment, followed by two weeks of hands-on training with experienced team members.
