Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with financial servicing needs through inbound and outbound contact, providing consultative solutions to improve their financial outlook.
  • Work collaboratively and independently in a goal-oriented environment to meet personal and team targets, balancing multiple tasks and activities.
  • Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters, adhering to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures, including FDCPA and state regulations.
  • Maintain and document customer and account information accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, collections, or call center environments.
  • Bilingual: Spanish.
Work Schedule

Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM-7:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. The schedule includes at least one Saturday per month, one late Friday, and some extended hours at the end of each month.

Training and Development

Our comprehensive training program includes two weeks of instructor-led classroom training and two weeks of hands-on training with experienced team members.
