Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with global field and partner marketing organizations to align with the company's overall customer acquisition, revenue, and market share objectives.
- Work closely with regional channel sales and field marketing teams to understand unique market needs and develop scalable local territory programs.
- Conduct market research and deliver analysis on trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform field and channel programs.
- Manage combined budgets between global field marketing, partner marketing, and MDF programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and regular input from regional stakeholders.
- Lead a global team of program managers in executing strategic events and developing programs, campaigns, and materials to support channel partner, GSI, and MSSP growth.
- Collaborate with operations to track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring marketing efforts yield proper ROI and contribute to sales pipeline growth.
- BA/BS required, MBA or equivalent a plus.
- 8+ years in business strategy development for go-to-market organizations, including sales, marketing, and partner experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building market analysis and budgets.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive and director-level leaders and drive strategic direction.
