We are seeking a visionary leader to reimagine the end-to-end employee experience for our retail teams through learning, development, and communication.

As the Director of Global Retail Learning and Operations, you will lead our Global Retail Learning, Operations and Communications team to develop a comprehensive communication and learning strategy that encompasses all aspects of our business.

You will provide support to our global retail fleet of over 10,000 employees, creating a culture where employees feel informed, recognized, engaged, and supported in their development.

You will have a high level of visibility and regular interaction with senior leadership, managing a team of six direct reports and reporting to the Vice President, Retail Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and content development for all retail stores, including consumer experience, operations, compliance, recognition, engagement, and task management.
  • Develop a comprehensive retail incentive strategy that engages our retail teams and supports goals.
  • Partner with group training teams and retail leaders to agree on training needs, roadmap, and execution plans.
  • Build a comprehensive learning and development strategy and content library for all levels of our retail organization, including onboarding, service, operational, and product training and skill development.
  • Use testing, data, insights, and feedback to enhance training programs.
  • Develop and deliver training content for e-learning, instructor-led courses, virtual webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Oversee communication and learning management systems and partner with COE and IT teams on enhancements, bug fixes, or platform changes that benefit.
  • Guide change management in communication and training processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in learning and development and communications.
  • Retail or hospitality experience.
  • Visionary who can create training and communication plans for future needs and opportunities.
  • Project management and change management skills.
