Sales Operations Coordinator

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for both colleagues and clients. This individual will manage schedules, provide insights, documentation, and information to support team operations. They will collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance performance. The Sales Lead Coordinator will handle incoming customer inquiries related to sales estimates and follow up on outstanding proposals from our Retail Departments to convert these proposals into completed sales, thereby maximizing revenue for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from prospective and current clients regarding inquiries about sales products, aiming to convert 90% of interest calls into scheduled leads
- Inform homeowners about products and service offerings, making tailored recommendations based on their requirements
- Follow up with clients after proposals have been issued to address any remaining questions and schedule further sales visits or convert proposals into finalized sales
- Assist clients by responding to emails and guiding them through our website
- Proactively drive marketing initiatives to ensure each Home Comfort Advisor receives a minimum of 2 leads daily
- Ensure timely production and distribution of direct mail and newspaper campaigns
- Communicate all lead generation and marketing requirements to the Sales Manager
- Conduct follow-up calls to clients who have recently received service/maintenance to generate additional sales leads
- Provide daily reports on sales and lead information to the Administration Manager
- Participate in all company-sponsored training sessions
- Maintain a professional image at all times by:
- Wearing only company-approved apparel
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures
- Complying with all performance standards and ethical codes
- Exhibiting a courteous demeanor towards all customers and colleagues
- Respecting the property of customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in telephone lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a positive and supportive manner
- Capability to explain complex subjects clearly and succinctly
- Excellent relationship-building and active listening skills, with a customer-focused and disciplined approach
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in a relevant field
Work Environment:
- General Office Setting
- Extended work hours may include day and/or evening shifts
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Must possess sufficient auditory and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management systems and communications equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and may encounter verbal and/or physical confrontations
- Must be available for extended hours, including nights and/or weekends as necessary
- Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for known disabilities
