Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dojo Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tek Ninjas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our Dojo operations, including event planning, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan hybrid experiences, including in-person and remote events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with Dojo Leads and Directors to plan, prioritize, and confirm Dojo engagements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate frequently and transparently with various stakeholders regarding notices, scheduling, constraints, challenges, successes, and other relevant information.
  • Operations Management: Manage and order Focus Relentlessly team backlog items, resolve issues, and address impediments as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience working closely with product teams coordinating and organizing events.
  • Professional Experience: 1 year of professional experience at large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations in applied design thinking, product management, or technical roles.
  • Skills: Familiarity with internal operations or event planning and marketing, strong agile principles and experience, real product management experience, great outward and upward communication skills, high adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, prospect funnel management, and an awareness of learning and development and event planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated work experience in helping product leaders to create an environment conducive to supporting empowered product teams delivering great results.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in helping product leaders and senior leaders align priorities to the overall business goals and product strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience in building relationships with senior leaders across the organization to influence and inspire change.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
