Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless service
- Assist management in expanding the premium client portfolio
- Manage and organize transaction documentation
- Facilitate the renewal process for premium seat holder agreements
- Stay informed and communicate pertinent information to clients
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Oversee ticketing processes for premium seating
- Coordinate and fulfill client requests
- Be available for all event days to support client needs
- Serve as the primary contact for premium clients
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic, and a background in customer service. A Bachelor's degree and familiarity with ticketing systems are advantageous.
