Sales Coordinator

Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. is a leading family-owned semi-truck dealership with a strong presence in the industry. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Contact customers and prospects to identify potential sales opportunities for new and used trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
- Maintain a database of existing customers and sales prospects to organize customer contact and facilitate sales efforts.
- Assist truck sales personnel with the preparation of sales quotes, sales assistance, and filing/tracking of sales-related documents.
- Work with customers and prospects who visit the dealership when sales personnel are unavailable.
- Help rental customers pick up vehicles when the rental manager is out of the office.
- Organize and maintain used truck files, including pictures and specifications, on the dealership's computer database.
- Enter used truck specifications and pictures on the company website.
- Assist the Sales Manager in gathering information for direct mail pieces and advertising efforts.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Appraise used trucks for trade-in value when sales personnel are unavailable.
- Travel to visit customers in their place of business to facilitate sales.
- Assist with sales and marketing activities, such as surveys, direct mailers, and trade shows.
- Deliver new and used trucks to customers with sales personnel.
- Maintain the appearance of the new and used truck lots, ensuring trucks are staged properly and have correct window decals.
- Help coordinate trucks through service or rig up.
- Ensure all sales brochures are up-to-date, available, and displayed.
- A minimum high school diploma with relevant experience is required.
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the heavy-duty or medium-duty truck industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Commitment to company core values and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, prospects, and colleagues.
- Adequate mathematical skills to prepare sales quotes and analyze market data.
- Ability to operate a computer and navigate various software systems.
- Physical ability to tilt truck hoods, climb into cabs, and perform other tasks as required.
